PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for recording and reproducing signals by which electrical signals as cause can be recorded at a high speed, when the cause of faulty operation of machinary equipment is analysed and analysis be conducted effectively. SOLUTION: A synchronous separating part 2 extracts both synchronous signal and video signal from a television signal. A video signal storage part 4 stores a video signal for each one picture by the synchronous signal. An S/H part 6 is synchronized with a synchronous signal generating part 8, so as to sample an electric signal outputted from a sensor 5. An electrical signal storage part 9 allows to stare the picture number and electrical signal generated by the synchronous signal, which is inputted from the synchronous separating part 2 at one address, in correspondence with each other. On the other hand, the respective data stored in the video signal storage part 4 and electrical signal storage part 9 are synchronized with an indication synchronous signal outputted from an indication synchronous signal generating part 10, and are read out simultaneously. An indication control part 11 is synchronized with the indication synchronous signal and indicates on the same picture a video formed of video signal data and a measuring value formed of electrical signal data. |
