PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce warp while ensuring excellent strength and to provide a manufacturing device of a lightweight waterproof pan which can be recycled. SOLUTION: After molten resin plasticizing glass fiber containing thermoplastic resin is injected into a cavity 10A inside a metal mold 10 to fill, the cavity 10A is expanded into capacity corresponding to a waterproof pan, and since internal stress occurring in the case of molding can be reduced by forming a plurality of voids continued to the inside of the waterproof pan, warp can be surely reduced and, at the same time, the lightweight waterproof pan can be realized. High bending strength, rigidity and excellent impact strength can be ensured by forming a skin layer as well as the reinforcement of the waterproof pan with glass fiber and, at the same time, since thermoplastic resin is used as matrix, recycling, etc., can be made. |
