<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a frozen position of an internal fluid of a pipe to a desired position by gripping the pipe by means of a pipe catching device provided with an opening/closing mechanism, monitoring a relative position between a catching objective pipe and the pipe catching device by means of a small video camera, and supplying a refrigerant to a nozzle. SOLUTION: The subject device is provided with a pipe catcher 1 provided with an opening/closing mechanism for catching a pipe, a refrigerant jetting nozzle 11, arms 2, 3, 4, each of which possesses a rotary function and an expansible function for leading the pipe catcher 1 to the position of a catching objective pipe 12, and a fixing jig 9 which is fixed in a piping chamber inspection hole 10a so as to support the arms 2, 3, 4 on its inside. After a desired position of the pipe 12 is caught by means of the pipe catcher 1, a refrigerant is sprayed toward the corresponding position in the pipe 12 from the refrigerant jetting nozzle 11 via a refrigerant supplying flexible tube 13b while an image of a small video camera is monitored on the outside of the piping chamber, and as a result, fluid inside the piping is frozen.</p> |
