PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin composition which is excellent in the balance between impact resistance and transparency and whose sheet-forming products have a low anisotropy in strength, etc. SOLUTION: This composition comprises an aromatic vinyl polymer in which a granular rubber-like elastomer (a) having a ration of the major axis to the minor axis of 1-2, the proportion of the numbers of particles having a diameter of 0.1μm or less and of particles having a diameter in excess of 0.1μm being 99.9:0.1-50:50, the area average diameter of the particles having a diameter in excess of 0.1μm being 3μm or less, and a straight chain, branched or reticulate rubber-like elastomer (b) having an average size of 0.4μm or less are dispersed.
