<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus capable of conducting the cutting and dissolution of a resin waste material with a single apparatus and also excellent in the storability and transportability of a resin-contg. solution. SOLUTION: This cutting and dissolving apparatus is equipped with a cutting machine 10, an agitator 20, a metallic barrel 30, a motor 40, and a chute 50; wherein the cutting machine 10 is so constructed that a rotating plate 16 is put in between an upper press 12 and a lower press 14 and can be airtightly connected to the opening 30a in a detachable way; central holes 12b, 16b, and 14b are designed to be airtightly threaded with a revolving shaft 22, which is fixed with the rotating plate 16 and connected to the motor 40 and designed to agitate in the metallic barrel 30 through the rotation of an agitating blade 24; the upper press 12 is bored with a charge port 12a through which a resin waste material is charged, the rotating plate 16 is bored with a penetrating hole 16a eccentrically from the central hole 16b, and the lower press 14 is bored with a rectangular discharge port 14a through which chopped resin waste material is fed into the metallic barrel 30.</p> |
