PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive toner-supply in operation of restoring from the exhaustion of a supply of toner. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a developing device 10 for mixing toner, supplied to its end, with two-component developer, a toner supply device 20 for supplying the toner to the end of the developing device 10, a measurement means 16 for measuring the concentration of the toner of the two-component developer in the developing device 10, and a speed variable means 18 for varying the speed of the machine body incorporating the developing device 10. When judging that the toner supply device 20 restores to a normal state from the state of the exhaustion of the supply of toner, the device increases the speed of the machine body by the speed variable means 18. |
