PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the stability of load conditions by an arrangement wherein a load can be switched while being connected directly with a contact and the effect of stray capacitance is suppressed by minimizing the pattern of wire or substrate thereby reducing the stray capacitance on the periphery of a load resistor. SOLUTION: After a high frequency inverter substrate 21 is set, a pitch feed mechanism section 23 is moved and a resistor 24 is connected with the output part of a circuit formed in the high frequency inverter substrate 21 in order to start measurement. Subsequently, the pitch feed mechanism section 23 functions and a contact block 22 ascends to perform the feeding operation and then the contact block 22 descending. Consequently, a resistor 25 is connected with the output part of a circuit formed in the high frequency inverter substrate 21 in place of the resistor 24 before starting measurement. The load resistor is switched in such a manner. Since a contact C1 can be connected directly with lead resistors 24-27, the pattern of wire and substrate is minimized and the stray capacitance can be decreased on the periphery of the load resistor. |
