PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a worker's work at a high place and permit judgment by an inspector's ear by combining a transmission unit, a radio receiver and a reception unit, collecting a hitting sound of an outer wall of a structure by a sound collection microphone, transmitting the sound from a radio transmitter to the receiver, and outputting the hitting sound from a speaker. SOLUTION: A transmission unit A is positioned at an upper part of a structure. A dispatch reel 2 and a wind drum 3 are respectively set at a rooftop and on the ground. A guide rope 1 is made parallel to an outer wall 51 and a roller of a frame 4 is kept in touch with the outer wall 51. An inspector 52 is present on the ground. A motor, a sound collection microphone, a radio transmitter, a radio receiver and a speaker are powered on. When the motor is rotated, a flat gear is rotated and a projecting engagement projection is engaged with a raise arm of the hammer. The raise arm is further rotated in accordance with the rotation of the flat gear, thereby rotating a hitting part of the hammer. The engagement is released at a position of a predetermined angle of the flat gear and the hammer is freed. As a result, the hitting part hits the outer wall 51. The hitting sound is collected and output from the speaker of a receiving unit B. |
