PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve COP(coefficient of performance: a ratio between the power consumed for producing chilled-hot water and the quantity of heat generated) of a heat source unit and thereby to save energy. SOLUTION: The status of an air conditioner is determined by each of air conditioner controllers 4-1-4-n on the basis of a state of valve travel of a chilled water valve, a state of valve travel of a hot water valve, a temperature deviation of supply air, a situation of convergence of this temperature deviation of supply air and indoor humidity, and sent to heat source controllers 8-1 and 8-2. The heat source controller 8-1 determines a chilled water temperature control signal (overall state of supply water) on the basis of the status of the air conditioner sent thereto and determines a set value variation rangeΔTC (up rangeΔTCU, down rangeΔTCD) for the present set supply water temperature TCSP according to this chilled water temperature control signal. The heat source controller 8-2 determines a hot water temperature control signal (overall state of supply water) on the basis of the status of the air conditioner sent thereto and determines a set value variation rangeΔTH (up rangeΔTHU, down rangeΔTHD) for the present set supply water temperature THsp according to this hot water temperature control signal. |
