PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent cooling performance even in the case of using in a top heat mode by disposing a heat transfer column at a position corresponding to an element to be cooled in a plate type heat pipe, and forming it in an integral block with these columns. SOLUTION: A plurality of heat transfer columns 110 to 112 are disposed at positions corresponding to a plurality of elements 20 to 22 to be cooled in the plate type heat pipe 1, and the columns 110 to 112 are formed in an integral block 11. And, the block 11 is increased in its thickness at positions corresponding to the elements 20 to 22, and vapor channel 12 of operating fluid is ensured between the columns 110 to 112. And, heat of the elements 20 to 22 thermally connected to lower surface side is carried to fins 13 by phase change and movement of the fluid in the pipe 1. Thus, even in the case of using it in a top heat mode, sufficiently excellent cooling performance can be achieved. |
