PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of an oil liquid to the outside and to simplify a structure by providing a sub oil filter housing part partitioned by a partition wall formed integrally with a transmission case in the inner lower part of the transmission case. SOLUTION: A transmission housing part 68 and a sub oil filter housing part 70 are partitioned by a partition 71 formed integrally with a transmission case 3. An automatic transmission 30 is housed in the inner upper part of the transmission housing part 68, and a front drive shaft 16 is arranged in the lower part of the automatic transmission 30. In the sub oil filter housing part 70, a cylindrical sub oil filter 65 is housed. Foreign objects or impurities are eliminated from an oil liquid by the sub oil filter 65, the oil liquid is fed by pressure to an oil cooler. Thus, of the oil liquid leaks from the inside of the sub oil filter housing part 70, the leakage of the oil liquid to the outside of a transformer axle T is prevented.
