PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a stable characteristic for a long period and to provide excellent seizure resistance even in little lubricating oil state by forming a part sliding along an object shaft and a housing, of manganese silicide dispersed brass, and applying a coat with a solid lubricant bonded by a thermosetting resin, to the inner side face of the part sliding along the object shaft. SOLUTION: Base material needs to display wear resistance and durability in case of a solid lubricant film being locally lost and also needs to be unsubject to sulphizing corrosion, so that manganese silicide dispersed brass is used as the base material. Zn in this brass is excellent in corrosion resistance against sulphizing corrosion, and a manganese silicide dispersed phase heightens wear resistance. A binder resin of the solid lubricant film binds a solid lubricant, secures internal layer strength of the film and secures adhesive strength so as to improve wear resistance and durability of a coat and to impede corrosion by S. The solid lubricant prevents seizure in an unsteady state, and particularly MoS2 improves seizure resistance under a dry condition.
