PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fastening system which enables repeated peeling and bonding without damaging an adherend by combining a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having no tackiness on the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface with an adherend having the surface made of a polymer having a specified solubility parameter. SOLUTION: This fastening system is a combination of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having no tackiness on the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface with an adherend made of a polymer having a solubility parameter of 8-14 (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate). The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is prepd. by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in a thickness of 10-100μm on a release substrate (e.g. a plastic film) by coating the substrate with a pressure- sensitive adhesive comprising 100 pts.wt. polyester having a polycarbonate structure represented by the formula (wherein R is a 2-20C hydrocarbon group) and 2-10 pts.wt. crosslinker (e.g. a polyisocyanate compd.). The polyester has a wt. average mol.wt. of 20,000 or higher and is prepd. by reacting a carbonate diol (e.g. polyhexamethylene carbonate diol) wih a 2-20C dicarboxylic acid (e.g. succinic acid).
