<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a proper control for instantaneous wind speed fluctuation or the like by detecting an increase/decrease in kinetic energy stored in revolution of a blade and generating a torque command value to be outputted to a torque controller by performing a proportional integral calculation based on increased/decreased amount. SOLUTION: A proportional integral calculation is performed for a difference signal 1a of a rated frequency calculated in a subtracter 1 and a frequency command value 8 in an output command controller 2 and a torque command signal 6 is made. Because a torque controller controls the frequency command signal 8, detecting a torque signal 7 from the output side of a converter 4, so as to follow the torque command signal 6, the torque (output) signal 7 of a generator 22 via the converter 4 almost matches with a torque command value 6. When energy entering a blade by wind is small, the frequency command value 8 from the torque controller 3 becomes small, separately from this toque control, and conversely, when energy entering the blade is large, the frequency command value 8 becomes large.</p> |
