<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect the distance to a moving body by tadiating a radio wave upward from the passage surface on the ground of the moving body, receiving the reflected wave from the moving body, and detecting the position of the moving body from the time difference from radiation to the receipt. SOLUTION: A triangular wave voltage from a triangular wave generator 101a is converted into a frequency according to the voltage value, amplified, and distributed partially to a mixer 102a by a directional coupler 101b, and the remainder is radiated from a transmitting and receiving antenna 105 as an emission E of radiation angleθe. When an airplane 1 is present, the reflected wave R from the aircraft 1 is received by the transmitting and receiving antenna 105 with a delay time proportional to the distance between an airplane sensor 100 and the aircraft 1. A received signal Is is mixed with the signal from the directional coupler 101d by the mixer 102a, and a beat frequency having the frequency difference between them is extracted. The beat frequency is digitized after components other than the reflected wave R are removed by an LPF 102b. A signal processing circuit 106 calculates the distance to the aircraft 1 by this digital signal.</p> |
