PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light exterior film for a thermal insulator excellent in heat resistance and gas-barrier properties, providing a large insulating effect by using a cheap material, and to provide a vacuum insulator by using the film. SOLUTION: This exterior film for thermal insulator is obtained by using a liquid polyester resin composition comprising (A) a liquid polyester as a continuous phase, and (B) a copolymer having a functional group capable of reacting with the liquid crystal polyester as a dispersing phase. The exterior film is also obtained by using a laminated film comprising a layer containing the liquid crystal polyester composition comprising (A) a liquid polyester as a continuous phase, and (B) a copolymer having a functional group capable of reacting with the liquid crystal polyester as the dispersing phase, and a layer comprising a thermoplastic resin (with the proviso that the liquid crystal polyester and the liquid crystal polyester resin composition are excluded). |
