PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which can give cured coating films being excellent in nonstickiness, water repellency, lubricity, wear and scratch resistance and reduced in yellowing by mixing a curable silicone composition with a dispersion prepared by dispersing a specified concentration of a polycarbonate resin obtained by a melt precipitation process and having a specified mean particle diameter in an organic solvent and an organic solvent in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. curable silicone composition (e.g. a composition containing a base polymer being a hydroxyl-terminated dimethylpolysiloxane, a crosslinking agent being a mixture of an organohydrogenpolysiloxane withγ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane and a catalyst being dibutyltin dilaurate), 2-50 pts.wt. (in terms of the polycarbonate resin powder) dispersion prepared by dispersing 3-20 wt.% concentration of a polycarbonate resin powder obtained by a melt precipitation process and having a mean particle diameter of 0.5-50μm, desirably 1.0-3.0μm in an organic solvent (e.g. cyclohexanone and xylene) and an arbitrary amount of an organic solvent.
