PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust and change damper performance with an attachment system by providing a specified number of damping performance adjusting member loaded in the outside of a damper peripheral wall and selectively attached. SOLUTION: A damping performance adjusting member 12 made of an elastic member such as rubber or the like in an annular shape and having a thin thickness T1 or low hardness is loaded/unloaded. According to a silicon oil damper D2, one or a plurality of damping performance adjusting members 12 where elastic deformation rates are set to various values depending on a difference in thickness T1 or hardness are prepared beforehand, and by loading/unloading and selectively fitting these damping performance adjusting members 12 in an annular groove 10 with an attachment system, the resonance gain and the resonance frequency of this silicon oil damper D2 are adjusted finely and easily, and damping performance is easily adjusted and changed. |
