<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally adjust X-ray maximum intensity width without opening a vaccum chamber and reduce work mandays required to adjust X-ray maximum intensity width so as to facilitate work. SOLUTION: An incident block 10 and a bridge 12 are integrally rotated around an incident block side edge position P in a scattering suppressing plart 12a of the bridge 12 so as to adjust X-ray maximum intensity width (x). The incident block 10 and bridge 12 are mounted on a support base 14 and can be rotatory-operated by drive mechanism 15 from the outside of a vacuum chamber 13.</p> |
