<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable good washing-out of the stuck dust by injecting a specific pressure of washing water to the dust stuck to blades of a fan. SOLUTION: An opening hole is arranged at the tip part of a using nozzle 1 so as to widen within some angle of the injected water 11 to the axis. The pressure of the water injected to wash out the dust firmly stuck to the blades 10, is risen to >=50 kg/cm<2> . At the time of concentrically hitting the water 11 having >=50 kg/cm<2> to one point in a steel material, the steel material has fear to be worn or cracked at this point. Therefore, the opening hole of the nozzle 1 is desired to be formed as slitting state so as to dispersely inject the water 11 to every direction. Further, the high pressed water 11 is injected while rotating the blades 10 of the fan 4 at the low speed of <= about 60 rpm. The dust can be detached from the blades 10 at surer than at the time of rotating at high speed. At the time of rotating at the high speed exceeding 60 rpm, the washing effect of the dust is lowered and the water injection for long time is needed.</p> |
