PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize measured data by determining beforehand the number of times of measurement and an allowable range, performing measurement, and performing operation process in a specified order by using a minimum value and a maximum value of an obtained data row. SOLUTION: The number of times of measurements (n) and an allowable range of measurement valueΔD are determined, and measurements are performed (n) times. Obtained data are D1 -Dn , the minimum value is Dmin , and the maximum value is Dmax . Whether the relation Dmax -Dmin <=ΔD is satisfied is examined. When the relation is satisfied, D1 -Dn are made a measured data row D, and the average value (ΣD)/n is adopted as the measured data. When the relation is not satisfied, the oldest datum D1 is annulled, and a new datum is added. About the new data row, the maximum value Dmax and the minimum value Dmin are examined. until Dmax -Dmin <=ΔD is held, the process that the oldest datum is annulled and a new datum is added is repeated. Finally, the average value (ΣD)/n is adopted as the measured data.
