The appts. to mix two substances, and deliver the mixture, has a mixing chamber (6) with at least one chamber (10) containing a further substance with a valve (3) connection between them. The mixing chamber (6) has a scale (8) to measure the mixture. The valve (3) allows the second substance to flow in both directions. The mixing chamber can be given a dose of matter with a selected aroma.
