Utilising a tar-oil-water-solid mixture from fixed bed pressure gasifiers

A tar-oil-solid-water mixture is mixed with the coal-waste mixture at normal temperature before entering the fixed bed pressure gasifier. A tar-oil-solid-water mixture in the lower part of a charging valve of a fixed bed pressure gasifier is added to a stream of a coal-waste mixture. The addition is carried out for the maximum period of time for filling and emptying of the charging valve under normal and/or process pressure depending on the degree of filling of the valve. Filling of the reactor is stopped using a solid gasifying material.
