<p>The invention relates to a method for filling non-carbonated beverages into thin-walled containers stabilised by internal pressure, according to which nitrogenated beverages can be filled into bottles without pressure and without notable loss of nitrogen. According to a first method provided for by the invention a nitrogenated beverage is prepared at a pressure which is greater than the partial saturation pressure for the dissolved nitrogen, said nitrogenated beverage is temporarily stored for a brief period before being filled into the container, the pressure is decreased during temporary storage and the container is filled by utilizing the difference in height between the level of the nitrogenated beverage during temporary storage and a point where a free stream is generated which enters the container. To carry out the method described above the invention provides for the nitrogenated beverage (G) to be prepared in a surge tank (7) downstream of which at least one collecting tank (3) is positioned for temporarily storing the nitrogenated beverage (G). The collecting tank is filled in batches, the pressure of the nitrogenated beverage (G) is reduced therein and it is emptied via a filling valve (2) into a container (1) positioned downstream from said tank.</p> |
