FIELD: analytical biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method is based on chromatography procedure of hemoglobin isolation. Method involves passing solution at the first stage and carrying out chromatography at conditions of anion- or cation-exchange. Continuous elution is carried out up to the almost complete saturation of column with hemoglobins and components exhibiting the higher affinity followed by the further solution passing up to the column superloading and the following replacement of hemoglobins in it. Method involves the second chromatography stage also. EFFECT: improved method of hemoglobin isolation and purification.
