<p>The invention concerns a physiotherapeutic device (1) for treating the skin (30) in its thickness, said device being characterised in that it comprises: (A) at least means (10) supplying an ultrasound field, and (B) at least means (20) sucking by depression under vacuum for dilating the layers (epidermis, dermis and, if required, hypodermis) of a skin (P) portion to be treated., said means (A) and (B) being arranged such that, during treatment, the skin portion (P) to be treated is subjected to several cycles each comprising a suction under vacuum phase and a phase of exposure to the ultrasound field, said phases of suction under vacuum and of exposure to the ultrasound field being at least partially superposed during each cycle.</p> |
