In a bag or sack with folds bag or sack made of a flexible material for pourable contents, the front and rear wall (5, 6) of the bag are connected to one another, or with the respectively adjacent side-fold half, on the inside in the form of a seam along the upper edge (3) of its top end (2). To form a pouring outlet (15), a handle (16), allocated to the inner folded edge (12) of a side fold (7) is provided on the upper edge of the bag (3) with which the side fold (7) can be pulled out by loosening the connecting seam (13) between the front and rear wall (5, 6) of the bag and the respectively adjacent side-fold half (7a, 7b). To close the pouring outlet (15) again, two triangular corner ends (19, 20) are folded over, on both sides of the inner fold edge (12), of the front and rear wall (5, 6) of the bag together with the respectively adjacent side-fold half (7a, 7b), each along a diagonal fold line (21, 22) outward onto the front (5) or rear wall (6) of the bag, respectively, and secured thereon so as to be detachable.
