<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic adhesive compound for transcutaneous distribution system satisfactorily coping with the use of highly plastic agent and various agents having protonic form by homogeneously mixing an adhesive substance, a specific drug-active agent, a specific solvent and a specific protonation agent. SOLUTION: This therapeutic adhesive compound 3 for transcutaneous distribution system is produced by homogeneously mixing (A) an adhesive substance such as an acrylic adhesive, (B) a drug-active agent having a protonated form such as selegiline-HCl, terbutaline-HCl and ciprofloxacin-HCl, (C) a non-aqueous solvent (e.g. a monoalcohol, a 2-4C polyol or an acetate) capable of dissolving the component B in (a)protic state and (D) a bio-compatible deprotonation agent capable of deprotonating the component A and giving no stimulation to the skin even by applying to the skin over a long period (e.g. a polymer imine or an alkanolamine).</p> |
