PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flow pattern having a depth by a method wherein a resin composite for substrate is supplied from a resin composite for substrate transferring pipe into a mold while a resin composite for pattern is supplied into the mold from a swinging resin composite for pattern transferring pipe by employing a swingable resin composite charging machine and, thereafter, the resin composites are cured. SOLUTION: A hopper 2 is provided with a resin composite for substrate transferring pipe 21 to supply a resin composite 22 for substrate into a molding die 3 through a compressed air pipe 23 and the resin composite for substrate transferring pipe 21. On the other hand, another hopper 4 is provided with a resin composite for pattern transferring pipe 41 to supply resin composite 42 for pattern into the molding die 3 through another compressed air pipe 43 and the resin composite for pattern transferring pipe 41. In this case, a resin composite charging machine A is moved into a direction (b) to supply the resin composite 22 for substrate from the tip end of the resin composite for substrate transferring pipe 21 into the molding die 3 and supply the resin composite 42 for pattern from the tip end of the swinging resin composite for pattern transferring pipe 41 into the molding die 3, then, these resin composites are cured. A wavy resin composite 42 for pattern is obtained in such a manner. |
