PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a highly accurate ink jet position while preventing the yield from decreasing by setting a bonding face at such a position as the distance of an ink jet head in the direction orthogonal to the ink jet face is shortest. SOLUTION: Positional shift of the hitting position of an ink drop jetted from a jet port (a) corresponds to the sum of L.ΔZ/R and h.Δθ=h.ΔZ/R. Positional shift of the hitting position is reduced when (h) is decreased or R is increased. When a bonding part 4a, 4b is set at such a position as the distance (h) of a head 1 in the direction orthogonal to the ink jet face is shortest, positional shift of the jet port of head 1 due to contraction of an adhesive 3 can be decreased. When the bonding part 4a, 4b is set at such a position as the distance from the jet port 1a in same direction as the ink jet face is longest, angular componentΔθof the head 1 due to contraction of the adhesive 3 can be decreased.
