PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing seedless fruit, capable of readily removing seeds while retaining beautiful external form without almost destroying appearance of fruit. SOLUTION: This method for producing seedless fruit comprises rapidly freezing fruit, especially flesh and removing seeds from fruit. It is preferable to rapidly freeze the fruit at <=-10 deg.C. Further, it is preferable to rapidly freeze the fruit, thawing the frozen fruit and removing seeds from the fruit by using a nipping tool capable of nipping seeds. |
