PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing seasoned cooked rice by which the inexpensive seasoned cooked rice can be mass-produced. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing seasoned cooked rice is obtained by installing a spatial part of a hollow mixing rotator 1, housing cooked rice therein and rotatably provided so as to enable the communication through a seasoning guide tube 4 with a seasoning tank housing a seasoning agent and further enable the communication with a wind passage 5 of a rotating cylinder 14 for guiding cooling air fed from a fan 11 and providing a flow rate sensor and valve in the guide tube 4. Thereby, the feed of the seasoning agent is controlled. |
