Trays (6) are supported on a fixed arrangement of brackets (5) positioned one above the other inside one or more modules (4) releasably mounted in the trolley frame (3). A height adjustment mechanism (8) for the module is incorporated into the trolley (1). Independent claims are also included for (a) the module, and (b) a food serving method utilising this trolley.
