PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust filter with a low pressure loss and excellent in dust removal. SOLUTION: Plural numbers of filter elements (12a, 12b, 12c) each formed by cutting a laminated body of a corrugated core in the thickness direction at a prescribed inclined angle (θ) in parallel are successively laminated in the thickness direction with the inclined angle reversed no that a passage F formed from cells 15 of each layer of filter elements is bent in zigzag. The laminated materials of the filter elements in the thickness direction are integrated by providing a covering layer 18 on the peripheral wall. It is useful for dust proof and mist removal for various equipment that the passage F formed from each cell 15 of the elements laminated in the thickness direction is bent in zigzag. The element made of a metal such as an aluminum foil has excellent heat resistance and flame resistance.
