SOLUTION: This new 16S rDNA 16 of trichloroethylene decomposing Burkholderia sp.N16-1 strain (FERM BP-5504) has a base sequence of the formula and is suitable for producing a transferred microbial cell useful for soil improvement and rapid cleaning of polluted soil and detecting and measuring the number of trichloroethylene decomposing Burkholderia sp.N16-1 strain. The rDNA is obtained by amplifying a gene of trichloroethylene decomposing Burkholderia sp.N16-1 strain using a primer composed of a partial sequence of 16S rRNA by PCR. A foreign gene is transferred to the strain and the transferred gene is used as a target to specifically detect or measure the number of the strain. |
