LAMINATE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which shows remarkable weatherability, high transparency and superb surface characteristics without marring the intrinsic impact resistance of a polycarbonate resin, as well as a method for manufacturing this laminate. SOLUTION: This laminate comprises an acrylic resin layer made up of 28-94.8 wt.% methacrylic resin, 5-70 wt.% crosslinked acrylic ester elastic material and 0.2-2 wt.% ultraviolet absorbent, laminated in a thickness of 10-150μm, on at least one of the faces of a polycarbonate resin layer. The viscosity ratio (A/B) of the polycarbonate resin A and the acrylic resin B at 250 deg.C and at a shear rate of 100s<-1> is 1.9 or more.
