PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a front bulkhead body of a passenger compact vehicle function not only for fitting a windshield but as a bumper and an instrument panel and store small articles. SOLUTION: A front bulkhead body 8 is constituted of an integral hollow body made of a synthetic resin having a bumper part 8a projecting forward more than a fitting face 12 on which a windishield 11 is fitted and an instrument panel part 8b having the fitting face 12 and expanding to a passenger room, and a recessed part 15 being recessed to the hollow part side and for storing small articles is formed on the top face of the instrument panel part 8b and the hollow part of the front bulkhead body 8 is utilized for forming a cushioning space for the bumper part 8a and the recessed part 15.
