<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a filter having high adsorbing ability, excellent in antibacterial performance and hardly to cause the dropout of a material having adsorbing ability from the filter by incorporating amorphous calcium phosphate granulated to a specified particle diameter into a sheet-shaped substrate. SOLUTION: Amorphous calcium phosphate(ACP) granulated to >100μm average particle diameter is incorporated into a sheet-shaped substrate, e.g. paper such as wadding paper, a woven or nonwoven fabric of natural or synthetic fibers or plastic foam such as polyurethane foam having communicating pores to obtain the objective filter for an air conditioner, an air cleaner, etc. The ACP is preferably bonded to the substrate through an adhesive contg. a curable resin and/or a natural resin soluble in an org. solvent. A slurry contg. particulate ACP may be prepd. and used. The ACP content in the slurry is not particularly limited but it is preferably 1-90 wt.%.</p> |
