PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-bag ground fabric having excellent resistance to water dewing and stable inflatability and deployability, without impairing the mechanical and chemical characteristics of an air bag, and an air bag. SOLUTION: An air-bag ground fabric is made by covering at least one side of fiber cloth with a resin film, the ground fabric having a moisture permeability of not less than 1000 g/m<2> /24 hours and an air permeability of 1 cc/cm<2> /sec or less, at 40 deg.C, the ratio of the moisture permeability at 40 deg.C to that at 10 deg.C being 1.5 or more, with the moisture permeability being controlled depending on temperature. This air bag is constructed of such an air-bag ground fabric. |
