PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a thermal recording layer which can repeat the recording and erasing of an image to a thick card by a method in which a release layer is formed on a base film, a heat resistant layer, a thermoreversible recording layer, and a metal deposition layer are laminated in sequence on the upper surface of the release layer, and an adhesive layer is formed on the upper surface of the metal deposition layer. SOLUTION: A release layer 2, a heat resistant layer 3, a thermoreversible recording layer 4, and a metal deposition layer 6 are formed in sequence on a base film 1, and an adhesive layer 6 is formed on the upper surface of the layer 5 to constitute a thermal transfer film A. With the use of the film A, by transferring the heat resistant layer 3, the recording layer 4, and the metal deposition layer 5 by a metal thermocompression bonding plate, the recording layer 4 is added to a thick card, a label, and others so that printing with the recording and erasing of an image repeated by the change in temperature is made possible. |
