PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording material excellent in the image stability are coloring sensitivity to oil and plasticizer. SOLUTION: In a heat sensitive recording material, which is produced by providing a heat sensitive coloring layer containing a dye precursor and a developer on a support, the heat sensitive coloring layer contains minute composite particles, which are obtained by polymerizing a polymer formable stock produced by emulsyfyingly scattering a solution including a polymeric constituent containing at least a dye precursor compound and a multivalent isocyanate compound in an aqueous medium containing at least either one of compounds represented by the formulae (1) and (2), in which R' represents 11-15C alkyl group, (n) and (m) represent respectively an independently integers from through 3, R<2> an R<3> represent respectively and independently -CH2 CH3 group or -CH2 CH (CH3 )CH3 group, (p) and (q) represent respectively and independently 0 or integer from 1 and more under the condition that p+q lies within the range of 0-30. |
