PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deburr a body to be transferred efficiently by performing self- aligned cutting of foil chips using a cutter provided for a positioning member and sucking the foil chips through a sucker using negative pressure. SOLUTION: A cutter 94 is fixed to the end face of a positioning member 92 and when a tray 2 is returned back to an operating section after finishing transfer, an operator opens a cover 91 to take out a body to be transferred. The positioning member 92 is interlocked with the opening operation of the cover 91 to lower and foil chips are held between the cutter 94 of the positioning member 92 and a silicon rubber sheet 93 and pressed. Consequently, the foil chips are cut while being aligned with the end face a body 1 to be transferred and the foil chips are eliminated when the operator takes out body to be transferred. The burrs thus cut off (foil chips) are swept off from the tray by means of a brush during carriage or sucked by a sucker using negative pressure.
