PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole body of an acceleration pedal device by reducing the number of part items and simplifying structure. SOLUTION: An acceleration pedal device is provided with a bracket 3, pedal arm 2, which is rotatably supported on the bracket 3 through a support shaft 4 and to the end of which an acceleration pedal 1 is fixed, return spring 10, which is arranged around the support shaft 4 and energizes the pedal arm 2 in the direction opposite to the stepping direction, and acceleration opening sensor 11, which is mounted on the bracket 3 and generates signals, which show the opening of an acceleration according to the rotary angle of the rotor 12, which built in the sensor 11. An engaging section 22 is provided at the tip of the pedal arm 2 and is connected to the rotor 12 of the acceleration opening sensor 11 through a crank mechanism. |
