PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cordless electric surgical instrument appropriate so as to be linked through an especially designed torocurl or torocurl adapter to an electric surgical motor by providing an electric contact arranged on an extension pipe and electrically connecting a 1st electric contact to an end effector. SOLUTION: The cordless bipolar electric surgical instrument like an electric surgical instrument 16 can be used by being inserted to the appropriate electric surgical torocurl. In the electric surgical torocurl, electric surgical energy is applied to the instrument 16 by mutually operating contacts 42 and 43 and a fixer panel. The contacts 42 and 43 move up from the surfaces of a closure pipe 50 and an outer pipe 51 but when the closure pipe 50 passes through an opening, a compressor surely maintains the electric contact of the fixer panel and the contacts 42 and 42. Then, the electric surgical energy can be supplied through a circuit formed from the closure pipe 50 and the 2nd instrument electrode contact 43 to an end effector 57. |
