PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cell-free protein synthetic system capable of simply synthesizing a sufficient amount of protein from a DNA obtained by PCR, by bonding a (variant) terminator DNA sequence to the 3' end of a template DNA for synthesizing a cell-free protein. SOLUTION: A protein is produced by a cell-free protein synthetic system (a cell-free extracted solution is included) using a template DNA containing a promoter DNA sequence, a ribosome binding DNA sequence, a DNA sequence for encoding the objective protein and a terminator DNA sequence and a variant terminator DNA sequence in which the total of the four kinds of the DNA sequences is >=50% of the total DNA sequences. |
