<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute emission of a laser light at a correct position (divisional groove position) by eliminating an error in an emitting position of a laser light on an actuator substrate. SOLUTION: In this ink jet head, in the case where each of electrode patterns 43, 46 is formed by forming a divisional groove on a conductive layer on an actuator substrate 1, a mask member 71 is disposed between a collecting lens 87 for collecting a laser light 82 and the actuator substrate 1. The laser light 82 is emitted to be scanned on the actuator substrate 1 through each of passing windows 72a, 72b of the mask member 71, thereby forming divisional grooves 44c, 44d for diving into each of electrode patterns 43, 46.</p> |
