Then, two expanded parts 4a and 4b are formed by expanding the area surrounded with two slit parts at the upper part outward from the outer peripheral surface, and expanded parts 5a and 5b opened upward are formed by expanding the area surrounded with two slit parts at the central part of the main body outward from the outer peripheral surface. Further, two expanded parts 6a and 6b opened downward are formed by expanding the area surrounded with two slit parts at the lower part of the main body outward from the outer peripheral surface.
