<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover efficiently a resin base plate by a method wherein for waste of an optical disk or the like in which a reflection film, a protective film and a printed film are successively formed onto a disk like base plate composed of transparent resin, a formed film surface rubbed with a wire lump, a net, and a brush dipping the whole of the disk into strong alkali aqueous solution at a specific liquid temperature. SOLUTION: When a waste optical disk is treated, strong alkali aqueous solution is poured from a pouring hole 8 of an upper part of a tank 1. After charging the waste optical disk from a disk charging opening 7, an inside of the tank 1 is heated by circulating hot water in heating jacket 3, and a temperature of the liquid is maintained at 75 deg.C or higher. Stirring plates 6... around which a chafing body wherein small wire lumps of flat stainless wire curled material are gathered is equipped, are rotated with a motor 4 under this state to stir contents. Most of an aluminum thin film of the waste optical disk is dissolved with strong alkali aqueous solution thereby, a thin film of undissolved gold or the like is deposited in a particle state, and further a protective film is floated as a small piece. Thereafter, liquid after treatment is exhausted from a liquid exhaust hole 12, and the base plate is left in the tank.</p> |
