摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely decrease the amt. of whitewash discharged without decreasing the slump of cement compsn. and the strength of concrete or mortar by specifying the ratio of the amt. of a cementation accelerator to the amt. of a (high-performance) water reducing agent and specifying the yielding point and the plastic viscosity of the cement compsn. SOLUTION: This cement compsn. contains an admixture of a component (A) [(high-performance) water reducing agent], a component (B) (thickener) and a component (C) (cementation accelerator), and cement, water and fine aggregate (or coarse aggregate). The weight ratio of the amt. of the component (C) to the amt. of the component (A) is 0.001 to 0.5, the yielding point of the cement compsn. is 0.85 to 1.15 times as that of a standard cement compsn. (a compsn. containing only the component (A) and the same compounding ratio of other components except for components (A), (B), (C) and the same water reducing rate), and the plastic viscosity of the cement compsn. is 1.5 to 5.0 times that of the standard cement compsn. The compounding ratios are controlled to (A)/cement =0.001 to 0.012 water/cement =0.25 to 0.45, and 120 to 180 kg of water per 1m<3> of concrete or mortar.
