PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out quick maintenance by an organization familiar with a software program by obtaining a state data of a central processing unit from a local area network through a public line and by checking the operation of the software program of the central processing unit. SOLUTION: A central processing unit 6 and a plurality of terminal devices 7 to 9 are connected to a local area network 10 to constitute a managing device. The central processing unit 6 is provided with a central state data sending part 6a for sending state data presenting presence of operation of a software program to be mounted. An external terminal 13 is connected through a public line 12 and has a system monitoring screen which can check operation of the central processing unit 6 by obtaining the state data of the central state data sending part 6a, when an abnormality occurs at the managing device, an organization familiar with the software program outside the local area network 10 connects the external terminal 13 to the local area network 10 through the public line 12 to enable quick response to the abnormality. |
